保重了,朋友!

p/s:还是不忘走前,烘个蛋糕给你。


材料:
250g 牛油
250g 自发粉
230g 细糖
4粒 A's 鸡蛋
2 teaspoons 香草精
6 tablespoons 牛奶
(以下材料可以随心放,但会使蛋糕比较干,可用牛奶来调适。)
50g fine grounded hazelnut
50g almond slices

作法:
1. 加入已软化的牛油和细糖,搅拌至均匀。
2. 加入鸡蛋和面粉。一次一粒鸡蛋和部分面粉,搅拌均匀。重复至4粒鸡蛋用光。
3. 加入香草精、牛奶、hazelnut和almond。搅拌至均匀。
4. 烘烤145c,大约30分钟。
